The Happiness Recipe
Our emotions are sending us little messages all of the time and this session will provide you with some clarity as to what they are trying to say.
As a human being there are several areas of life that need to be satisfied to enable us to thrive, achieve and be happy. Irrelevant of wealth, culture, beliefs or upbringing we as human beings have emotional needs that have to be met to enable us to truly happy and successful.
Now when these needs are not being met we receive little messages such as anxiety, depression, anger to name just a few not so enjoyable ones and the danger is if they are ignored they will become louder and louder until there is no choice to stop and listen.
Although on the positive side when these needs are being met you will receive warming messages such as joy, pride and a wonderful feeling of being engaged with life.
Time to pause, understand and take control and you will become your own emotional detective!
This will be a small, safe confidential group of like-minded people who are keen to learn more about their solutions. You will have the option to be as interactive as you feel comfortable with.
There will be some education, lots of information with some reflective activities. My aim is to enjoy the session and have some fun too.
You will leave with your Happiness Recipe as well as some clear goals to enable you to improve your wellbeing immediately.

It is time, it is now your time, time to focus on you, time to reflect, time to be grateful, time to make choices, time to design your future, time to fall in love with you, time to be confident and to live a life you love to live, you owe it to your future self to just do it before you run out of time.
