Sophrology Courses & Tasters
Sophrology by definition is the study of consciousness in harmony. In practice, it is a unique method combining in a structured way, physical and mental techniques with the aim of producing an alert mind in a relaxed body.
It uses techniques such as deep breathing exercises, easy movement postures and visualisations to create an alert mind and relaxed body.
Sessions can be completed on a 1:1 or group basis. 1: 1 sessions are tailored made to suit the needs and/or deal with a specific issue facing the person. These tasters are group sessions designed to allow you to explore what sophrology can do for you.

8 Week Course – Releasing Tensions to Sleep Better
You will learn effective tools to understand how your relationship with your body can positively or negatively impact your every day life. During each session we will do a “body scan”, easy moving postures and breathing techniques to release tension. Each session will be ending with a visualisation to bring in positive qualities or characteristics into the every day life.
You will be taking away with you a “toolbox” of different techniques to be able to use as and when needed for achieving wellness.

Come and join Zebbie in finding ways to create a space for rest using Sophrology tools that you can put into your daily life to help you deal with stress effectively. You can come to as many sessions as you want.
