Taking time out is essential for our wellbeing, refreshing our stress levels and re-charging the spirit. A Mini Retreat at The Wellbeing Centre is an opportunity to step off the conveyor belt of life and spend time in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
In four sessions, experienced practitioners will offer insights into the practice of meditation, gentle tai chi/qi gong exercise techniques and self-healing. Enjoy herbal teas & our pure, energised water throughout the day and a healthy, light, lunch* around midday. You’ll also be treated to a goody bag to take home, packed full of discount vouchers and healthy treats.
This event is open to any and all aged 18 years and over.

10:00 Welcome & introductions
10:45 Session One: Qi Gong with Simon Keith
Qi Gong (a form of Tai Chi) is an exercise system based on repetitions of very precise sets of movements which are specifically designed to promote wellbeing, health, healing and vitality.
Short break with refreshments
12:00 Session Two: Self-Healing with Aisling McGreevy
Clearing the old, bringing in the new working with Flower Essences, Integrative Energy Therapy energies and spring cleaning the thought process through Access Consciousness.
13:00 Light lunch*
14:00 Session Three: Meditation with Diana Dolton
Discover the complexity of the human being from an energetic point of view. Learn powerful exercises to help you clear your energy field and relax with a high frequency meditation.
15:00 Short break with refreshments
15:15 Session Four: Bringing it all together
An overview of the learnings from throughout the day and guidance on how to use them in your everyday lives. Plenty of opportunity to ask questions and a closing ceremony to send us all away feeling energised yet relaxed, nurtured and grounded.
