Safe Exercise During Pregnancy
On the workshop, we will talk about what kind of exercise is safe in pregnancy.
We will explain how the body changes during pregnancy and show you what you can do to reduce the aches and pains, especially in your back and pelvis.
We will teach you simple pelvic floor exercises. Did you know that if you start pelvic floor exercises now, it will be easier for you to get your muscles working properly again once you have had your baby?
We will teach you relaxation techniques, which will be useful now and when you are in labour.
All the information is backed up by top quality, professionally produced leaflets, which you will be given to take home and keep.
There is plenty of time for you to ask questions at the end of the workshop.
You can attend the workshop any time after the twelfth week of your pregnancy.
