Join us for a morning of Wellbeing Talks and taster classes to help you Discover Your Wellbeing.
Have you ever wondered if yoga or pilates is for you? Wanted to try meditation or mindfulness? Interested to know natural ways to support your health and wellbeing?
Our Discover Your Wellbeing days are designed to offer you the opportunity to try out some of the regular classes and workshops we run here at The Wellbeing Centre. Plus there are a selection of great talks to help you find ways to feel fitter, happier, healthier and more energised.
Each talk or taster class lasts 45mins and costs just £5. Buy 3 sessions for the price of 2! Choose from 9 different sessions each month. Pre-booking essential as places are limited.
There will be a 15 minute break between each taster to allow for comfort breaks and to grab a drink from a selection available in our reception.

Tai chi/Qi Gong Taster with Simon Keith
The aim of Qi Gong is to promote the movement of Qi (energy) in the body; this is done by opening certain gates and stretching and twisting energy channels.
