Celebrating all things woman
by journeying together over the next 2 weeks connecting with 4 aspects of the Divine Feminine
culminating on 8th March - International Women's Day.
I will be talking about these 4 aspects and how the energies are manifesting in our lives. This will be an opportunity to tune into different aspects and understand how to work with them to create awareness, healing and growth.
Head over to my group as I'll be posting content and prompts there.

Join us (Claire Bushell and Jo Medhurst) online via zoom to connect with fellow therapists and other professionals offering wellbeing services in the local area.
Newbury Wellbeing Network is open to all those in the health and wellness professions in Newbury and the surrounding area that wish to share with and learn from others to help grow and support each other's businesses.
We're holding monthly meetings on the 1st friday of the month 11:00 - 12:30. These will be online via zoom for the time being but we're planning to review this later in the year and hope to be able to resume meeting face to face from the summer months onwards.
We've got some great speakers lined up for the next few months:
March 5th: Supplementing your income whilst offering added benefits
with Gabriela Lerner - a plant-based nutrition coach. Gabriela will be discussing how to choose the right products to recommend to your clients in an authentic, transparent manner and the benefits this offers to both you and your clients by adding value to your service whilst supplementing your income.
April 2nd: The importance of networking and how to make the most of it with Caroline Snowdon – Regional Director, The Athena Network for West Berks.
May 7th: The waste in our wardrobes and what we can do about it with Victoria Lochhead, owner of the Frankie & Ruby – a short interactive talk with Victoria sharing tips on how we can embrace sustainable fashion principles AND love what we wear.
There will also be an opportunity to network with and get to know the other members joining the meeting. The schedule for the meetings will be as follows:
11:00 - 11:30 welcome and introductions
11:30 - 11:50 guest speaker to introduce topic of the month
11:50 - 12:30 Q&A / general discussion
Please register in advance for the meetings (click on the ticket link to register). After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

Drumming has been a ceremonial activity which has been used by indigenous tribes for 1000's of years but is only now becoming a popular group session once more.
We drum to connect to ourselves, each other & the divine energy source, or life force - Chi/our higher selves.
We drum for healing, to connect to nature spirits, spirit animals & spirit elders. Sometimes we use Reiki drum techniques aswell.
Drumming is good for keeping our vibration high & reducing anxieties. Drumming helps to put you into a trance state of deep meditation & peace.
As people may be on reduced incomes once more, this session is reasonably offered -Just £9.00.
***Please pre-pay for your slot (& then I will send out the zoom link details) by using friends & family settings on paypal, paypal.me/isissounds33 or PM me & we can sort out BACS details.
I am looking forward to connecting with you all online. Xx 🙂 ❤... See MoreSee Less
