Emotional Freedom Technique (or EFT) is a simple, non-intrusive and effective method of dealing with stress and diffusing emotional issues.
How does EFT work?
By tapping on energy points on your body the energy balance is restored so you can let go of negative emotions. When this is combined with positive affirmations while tuning into your problem, you can reframe it into something constructive. It’s like an emotional form of acupuncture without the needles.
