Food Sensitivity Testing

Today’s modern diets and lifestyles mean that many of us may be eating the wrong foods for our individual bodies and possibly causing digestive disorders or more serious complaints and illnesses.

These problems could be alleviated or improved with a simple Food Sensitivity Test that may highlight the foods that you are currently sensitive to.

The testing method is non-invasive (no painful skin scratching or injections), completely painless and fast.

How does a Food Sensitivity Test work?

OptiHealth UK uses bio-energetic screening – an electro-magnetic / bio-feedback system which is painless and provides immediate results with a high degree of accuracy.

The system reads subtle electrical signals from the body to give a comprehensive health check including nutritional status, food sensitivities, the presence of any parasites or viruses and the energetic health of internal organs.

Please note that we are unable to test clients with a pacemaker fitted or those that are in their first trimester of pregnancy.

What happens during a Food Sensitivity Test?

Our first meeting will take in the region of 1 hour. We use a detailed health questionnaire to gain a fuller picture of your health, lifestyle, diet, past and current medical problems to assess how effectively your body is working at the moment and how this can potentially be improved.

We will then carry out your Allergy / Food Intolerance test using bio-energetic screening with the Asyra Pro system. When ready to run a test, the client is invited to hold the brass probes, one in each hand. The client remains fully clothed and will feel nothing throughout the screening process.

The Asyra runs the tests, and the results are displayed on the computer screen, along with courses of treatment. At least four tests are run and at the end of each one the practitioner will give an explanation and overview of the results. We will then have a discussion about the test results, after which we will make some initial recommendations and imprint a homeopathic remedy from the Asyra which is tailored to your needs and based on the results which came up in the screening.

The full test includes:
  • Testing for over 200 different foods/beverages and phenolics
  • Testing for vitamin and mineral deficiencies
  • Testing for deficiencies in Digestive Enzymes
  • Environmental Sensitivity Test.
  • Full Energetic Systems/Organs Status
  • Homeopathic Remedy ( sent out post test )
  • Full Report

Following your consultation we will send you a full report with a personal set of recommendations and supporting nutritional handouts together with a print out of your test results.
