A micro yoga retreat is meditative relaxation yoga for a deeper impact. Carefully chosen reclined poses curated on the breath. 90 peaceful minutes to appreciate things differently, stretch and win a calm and quiet body, calm and quiet mind.

For this practice you will need : a yoga mat, cushions & pillow, blanket and some cozy socks (yes even in May!)

Put up the ‘do not disturb sign’ and tuck yourself away in a special place, light a candle and be ‘simply restored’.

A printed pose plan is included to maximise instruction benefits and minimise screen exposure.
