“Like many people, I got in to therapy work, through needing it myself. In the mid 1990’s I experienced depression. I was lucky enough to get through this with the help of friends and holistic professionals and came out of the experience much stronger more aware than I was before. After completing my recovery, I began to look to train in an aspect of “helping work”, in order to give something back and provide the kind of help and support I had found so invaluable. After training in counselling skills, I encountered kinesiology through a fortuitous coincidence and immediately realised that this was ‘the one’ and booked onto my first course. I specialise in emotional healing and provide a safe, non-judgemental space for people to explore and release their blockages.”
