FitBack and Bumps is an exciting new Pre & Postnatal Exercise Programme delivered by a Chartered Physiotherapist, helping remove the fear women have about exercising during pregnancy and after they have had their baby.

Antenatal & Postnatal Educational Exercise Programmes
These programmes will help you to:
- Exercise safely during and after your pregnancy.
- Reduce the aches and pains associated with pregnancy
- Reduce stress incontinence by strengthening your pelvic floor muscles
- Improve your posture
- Reduce pelvic and back pain by strengthening your core
- Flatten your tummy after pregnancy
- Make new friends and share your pregnancy experience

Prices & Booking Information
The ante-natal programme runs for 4 weeks and can be started between the 12th and 30th week of pregnancy. The post-natal programme also runs for 4 weeks and can be started 6-8 weeks after your baby is born. The course is taught in small groups and costs £90, including a booklet and a set of laminated cards with pictures and instructions to remind you of the exercises.
Start date for both courses is 11th Feb 2018 and the classes run every other week (ie 11th Feb, 25th Feb, 11th March, 25th March) Sundays 14:00 – 15:00 for the Antenatal Course and 15:30 – 16:30 for the Postnatal Course. To book, please click on the relevant links below:

Sheila Bond is a Chartered Physiotherapist with a special interest in Women’s Health. Having helped a lot of women with pain during pregnancy and immediately after the birth, she was looking for a way to help women prevent these problem occurring in the first place.
