Supporting women with long-term physical or emotional health concerns

Is this you?

You have been feeling unwell or in physical or emotional pain for some time. You may have a diagnosed condition or you may be suffering from a variety of physical and emotional symptoms including:

  • fatigue
  • pain
  • digestive disorders
  • skin conditions
  • hormonal fluctuations
  • nausea
  • headaches
  • stress or overwhelm
  • anxiety
  • lack of self-confidence or self-esteem
  • low mood
  • constant worry or nerves
  • fear or a sense of dread
  • feeling ‘stuck’.

You may well be finding it hard to get up in the morning and face the day, feeling that nobody else understands. You have to fit your life in around your health – often missing out on the things you want to do. You find yourself looking at others who seem healthy, energetic and happy and secretly envy them. You long to feel normal again. You’re utterly fed-up and don’t know if you’ll ever get your life back.

How I can help

Having had ME (chronic fatigue syndrome) for over 15 years, with a combination of physical and emotional symptoms, I spent many years and tens of thousands of pounds on my own recovery and have now brought together all of my research to devise an integrated approach to your health that works. Together we can:

  • search for the real root cause/s of why you are feeling unwell or in pain
  • re-programme the negative thoughts and beliefs held in your subconscious mind through hypnotherapy
  • use hypnoanalysis to release any past emotional traumas that are impacting on your physical body
  • release blocks in your whole body’s energy system through energy healing.
  • integrate techniques such as neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and emotional freedom technique (EFT) to help speed up the process.

Using a combination of the right techniques for you we can help you on your way to getting your life back!
