My classes are currently running on Zoom so that you can participate safely from the comfort of your own home. I am available for technical help and advice by phone and can offer test runs on Zoom for anyone who is not used to this platform.
It is always a joy for me to teach Yoga and Meditation to all who come along to my classes, workshops and one to one sessions. It gives me the greatest pleasure to watch my students grow more comfortable and confident in themselves as they gradually learn these uplifting and life enhancing practices and discover their own true potential.
Simply learning to completely relax and to be more at one with yourself can be such a comfort especially for anyone suffering from anxiety, stress or insomnia! The strength, balance, resilience and self-reliance that I see my students gradually develop are the perfect tools for managing our currently challenging times and best of all can be taken away and practiced anywhere!
I also love to ensure that there is something there for everyone to benefit from and to enjoy in the range of yoga and meditation classes I offer whether dynamic, restorative or chair based. It’s especially rewarding that so many of my students find fun, focus and relaxation and most of all leave class with a smile on their lips!
I am a very experienced Yoga Teacher with 25+ years’ practitioner and teaching experience. I trained with the Karam Kriya School in the UK and Portugal achieving the internationally recognised Kundalini Research Institute Level 1 and 2 Qualifications to teach Kundalini Yoga and Meditation worldwide.
I currently serve on the Committee of the UK Kundalini Yoga Teachers’ Association. I have trained to teach restorative chair based exercises for older people and those who, for a variety of reasons, do not wish to practice floor based exercise. I am also a Healing Gong Practitioner.

My classes are currently running on Zoom.
- Kundalini Yoga Classes – dynamic (Weds 7.30pm to 8.45pm)
- Gentle Mat Yoga Classes – restorative (Mondays 7.30pm to 8.40pm)
Both of these classes are £40 for 5 consecutive classes.
Where there is availability drop ins and concessions may also be available, please ask me.
- Seated Yoga classes – gentle chair based exercise (Wednesday mornings 11am to 12pm) are £20 for 4 consecutive classes.
I also run Yoga and Meditation Workshops including Gong Relaxation. These may be available this Autumn at Shaw House, Newbury RG14 2DR with very limited numbers and in compliance with social distancing and current government public health regulations. Check my facebook page and website for updates about these, and other, occasional events.
