A wonderful workshop for developing and reconnecting with the spiritual self, attaining vision and guidance in a supportive and sacred space.

A space for mind, body and spirit
This Workshop will consist of Kundalini Kriyas (a series of exercise) ,Meditations and Mantra ( a sacred script which is repeated) which are often used with a Mudra ( a symbolic hand gesture). These infiltrate into our body at a cellular level, the thoughts in our mind and in our spirit, touching us in a way to calm, balance and heal.
We will create a space to fuel the soul for unity with mind and body.
A space where we are able to join forces as a group but equally respecting individual needs.
With this fusion of The Kriya, Breath, Mantra and Meditation, physical, mental and emotional balance will be replenished along with powerful transformation and healing.
A monthly Gathering of Souls including a light vegan lunch £25.00
