About Jacqui Smith

Hi, I’m Jacqui. I have over twenty years of experience as a psychotherapist and have a passion for writing and having fun. My new creative writing group at The Wellbeing Centre will be a group focussed on increasing the experience of wellbeing in participants by focusing on development of creativity, fun and nurture in a supportive, safe and confidential environment.

My passion for this particular genre of therapy is that it can be as public or as private as you desire. It is so versatile it can be used to support any process, at any depth. You can spend ten minutes with it, or hours.

The presentation will be varied and include the development of different writing tools, investigation of fables and storytelling, poetry, prose and anything else you may be interested in. There will be no focus on spelling, grammar or construction – in this group you can only get it right – for you.
