Pregnancy Yoga with Meltem
A gentle Hatha yoga class adapted to suit pregnancy, enabling you to practice safely whether you are new to yoga or have an existing yoga practice. This class is a great preparation for birth and motherhood.

Becoming a mother is a very special and personal journey. During pregnancy, yoga can play a key role in enhancing the experience of this precious time and empower the mum-to-be to have the most conscious birth experience. Practising Yoga is particularly helpful for pregnancy and childbirth as it helps improve your breathing and aids relaxation.
A series of sequences especially adapted for pregnancy, will help tone, relax, strengthen and prepare your body as you learn it’s capabilities and limitations during pregnancy.
The classes are suited to all stages of pregnancy from 14 to 40 weeks.

About Meltem Erol Ashton
I began my Yoga journey in 2003 in Istanbul with Hatha Yoga. Since then, I’ve tried various yoga types and learnt Iyengar yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Meditation and Pranayama.
I trained on a Yoga Teacher Training course (RYT200) in Goa, India. Being a Yoga Alliance member, I believe yoga is a lifestyle choice and the means of discovering one’s self. I care about alignments, adjustments and modifications of asanas according to the individual needs and the level of the class. So you can join in my classes whether you are a complete beginner or if you are more experienced or if you have particular areas of discomfort. The small class number (maximum 7) here at The Wellbeing Centre ensures that everyone gets individual attention. Everyone will benefit from the classes.
