Taking time out is essential for our wellbeing, refreshing our stress levels and re-charging the spirit. A Mini Retreat at The Wellbeing Centre is an opportunity to step off the conveyor belt of life and spend time in a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
In three sessions, experienced practitioners will offer insights into the practice of meditation, gentle yoga techniques and self-healing. Enjoy herbal teas & our pure, energised water throughout the day and a healthy, light, lunch* around midday. You’ll also be treated to a goody bag to take home, packed full of discount vouchers and healthy treats.
This event is designed specifically for women who are 18 years of age and over.

Session One: Gentle Yoga (based on Kundalini Yoga) with Carolina Gonzalez
Restorative yoga practice. Creating a space to connect the body and individual consciousness with Universal consciousness.
Session Two: Self-Healing with Aisling McGreevy
Session Three: Meditation with Diana Dolton
Discover the complexity of the human being from an energetic point of view. Learn afew exercises that can help you clear your energy field and relax with a high frequency meditation.
