    • an initial one to one consultation allows us to share information, learn about each client, take baseline measures and set tailored plans.
    • we meet twice a week for 8 weeks to:
    • share knowledge and unlock the 8 keys to weight loss success based on the latest evidence based research;
    • take part in exercise sessions following the latest exercise formats known to have optimal fat burning results;
    • share experiences, support & encouragement  as a group ;
    • acquire practical tools & techniques to maintain motivation and achieve goals;
    • gain insight into how the body works to empower clients to take responsibility for long term success.
    • have weekly weigh-ins to monitor and celebrate progress, on going support  as required to focus, encourage and provide support and advice to ensure success.
    • another one to one consultation to review progress and identify next steps and options to ensure continued progress.
