Tea of the Week: Relax

relax totw

This week’s “Tea of the Week” is the glorious “Relax” herbal infusion from pukka teas.

This is my favourite tea at the moment as it’s so soothing and has a delicious sweet but gentle taste. With the perfect blend of chamomile, liquorice, sweet & bitter fennel, oat flowers, cardamom, ginger and marshmallow root it’s good for you too!

Some of the many benefits of these ingredients include thoroughly aiding & strengthening your digestion, easing cramps, inducing a good night’s sleep, reducing inflammation and irritation throughout the body, easing congestion, nourishing the nervous system and adrenal glands, preventing nausea, increasing your metabolism, clearing out toxins, increasing your immunity…

and of course it really helps you to relax.

So it’s easy to see why this original Ayurvedic blend is our star of the week.

Pop in and try a free cup this week or if you don’t have time to stop take a bag away with you to try later.

A pack of Relax (20 bags) is only £2.35 and is available at anytime here at The Wellbeing Centre.

Coming soon to “Tea of the Week” – Cleanse, Harmonise and Green Energy.

We’re giving away a FREE box of Relax tea. For a chance to win, simply add your comment below and tell us what you think!

  1. I’ve just had a cup of relax tea i wasn’t so sure i would like it having smelt the bag and the licorice and fennel being prominent, this is not how the tea tasted at all it it was gentle, sweet and just beautiful to drink can’t wait to have another!!

  2. Jo recommended this to me when I had a really itchy irritating throat infection a few weeks ago. As well as calming me down so I could sleep I found it also ‘relaxed’ my throat enabling me to get the rest and recovery I needed.
