Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is a physical, mental and spiritual discipline for developing strength, awareness & consciousness. It works from deep within our cells, our nervous system, our glandular system and our chakras (energy centres). By cleansing the body and mind, energy can flow freely as you activate the chakras and meridians (energy pathways).

Using a combination of exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and mantras the body strengthens and the busy mind becomes more centred and focused – bringing you a new lease of energy. Kundalini Yoga is open to all faiths – or no faith at all –as everyone will benefit from this ancient practice by welcoming a healthier body, a balanced mind and overall healthier lifestyle.

Benefits of Kundalini Yoga

  • Improved flexibility of the spine and muscle strength
  • Improved circulation, strength of nervous system and immune system
  • Strengthened and improved lung capacity
  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Development of the neutral (meditative) mind
  • Improved ability to stay calm and centred through life’s challenges
