Today’s Blackboard Wisdom:
Whatever is happening in your life right now, think about the things that make you happy and give thanks for them.
Stop putting conditions on your happiness like ‘I’ll be happy when I find the women/man of my dreams’ or ‘I’ll be happy when I have that car’, and enjoy what you have in this moment.
Finding something to be positive about will increase your vitality and strength thus continuing to help you feel better about more areas of your life. When you allow yourself to be happy you attract events and happenstances that enhance your sense of well-being even more. It becomes a circle of ever increasing happiness!!
Ways in which to help the process of increasing happiness in you life:
1. Notice 3 things that make you feel happy
2. Write a gratitude list
3. Be focused on the here and now
4. Enjoy each moment of your life
5. Treat yourself to something that makes you happy such as a massage!
