I am sure many of you have read that due to the delayed Spring this year, pollen levels are unseasonally high at the moment. This means that many of you are suffering from the often debilitating symptoms that include dry itchy eyes, sneezing and a ‘drippy’ nose and a head that feels like it is full of cotton wool. And often, the tablets you take to help with the symptoms make you feel even more drowsy and lethargic. It is particularly bad for students, many of whom have to sit exams at this time of year. You all have my sympathy.
Maybe I can help?
Acupuncture is well-documented to help hayfever sufferers. Treatment is also particularly suited to my low-cost, multi-bed clinic that I run from The Wellbeing Centre on Monday evenings as treatment involves only a few needles and you can have treatment either lying on a treatment couch or relaxing in a reclining chair. An hour’s treatment only costs £15 and within 3-4 treatments you will be feeling so much better! Let me know when you book that you are coming in for hayfever treatment and I will be ready for you!
Don’t suffer from hayfever. Help is just a phone call away!
Eileen Bose is an experienced, degree-qualified Acupuncturist and a member of the British Acupuncture Council. She runs a community, multi-bed acupuncture clinic at The Wellbeing Centre on Monday evenings.
